'Greedy' criticism upset LydonSex Pistols singer John Lydon says he was upset by press reports calling him "greedy" and "celebrity-hungry" when he quit I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! Lydon was criticised when he quit the ITV reality show in 2004. But the criticism upset the legendary punk rocker, who only agreed to take part to raise money for charity. Lydon said: "I did it so I could scoop the money into charities. I shifted a huge amount of money into a few different funds. I did it for a laugh." He added: "And when it came time for who was going to win I walked, because I don't do anything for competition. Then I had to deal with these outrageous British news articles about how I was doing it all for the money, and I was a greedy celebrity-hungry git. It was terrible."

I would have LOVED to have seen that show........I agree with John, damn, can't a man do ANYTHING without garnishing criticism from the stupid media? If he had won then what would they have had to say
